seemingly well maintained and clean. same price as the other water stations around here; 25 cents for about 50 gallons. I called before going and talked to the owner who was very helpful. great tasting, clear water. it is lot further than i needed to go get water, but its open 24 hours a day, the closer place closes at 4 PM. would go back if I needed to.
